Even though I add items to my wishlist, my orders are always out of stock. The priority boarding option is pointless as well. Being among the first to board the bus actually means you’re among the last to get on the plane, because everyone travels on the same shuttle bus. Passengers non-priority board the bus later, so they end up getting on the aircraft first. The cabin crew don’t seem to care about this issue at all.

Bad application. Because it couldn’t scan my visa then I couldn’t finish my check in on time. I ended up paying 55 pound because of this reason.

Upselling scam, use other airlines

I cannot upload my passport. If i cannot do this online check in process fully online, why is it online? :)

Horrible user experience! I reinstalled the app twice; passport scan worked, but visa scan failed completely. The app promised a restricted boarding pass but it freezes on that exact screen. Customer service refuses to provide a boarding pass and insists I must pay a fee at the airport counter for their own system's failure! This is unacceptable. If you cannot run a flawless app, do not force passengers to use it just to trap them with extra fees at the airport

Although I uploaded all documents I cannot check in due to missing documents..

It is clearly stated within 24 hours to flight random free seats not provided! I checked in more than 36 hours but I had to buy a seat.

After the update, you can't use the app to buy tickets because the online check-in message obscures all flights except of the earliest one.

Türkçe dil desteği yokluğu büyük sorun. ödeme yaparken hata veriyor ayrıca kredi kartı ile ödemeyi seçince komisyon ekliyor. Bu yönlerini beğenmedim.

Application is full of errors and bugs

I needed to extend surname on ticket. Surname was cut after 3 words. I needed to add 5 more and got charged 160 and 4 in total 164 euros. Not fair not ethical.

Bonjour Ryanair, J’ai rencontré un problème important lors de la réservation. Le système demande de scanner le passeport et le visa, mais le scan ne fonctionne pas et bloque la réservation du billet. Ensuite, un message demande un paiement de 55 €, alors que le problème ne vient pas de moi mais du bug du application. Merci de corriger ce problème technique. Cordialement.

Bütün pasaport bilgilerimizi istiyor istemeden zorla sigorta satmaya çalışıyor umarım bir daha bu havayoluyla uçmam. Ama X hesabı çok komik

Checkin process in Apple App is not working.

Sizden check in yapmanızı istiyorlar fakat online check in yapılmıyor .. sonra da havalimanında ücret alıyorlar .

Checkin 55 pound çok saçma tuzak biz başka ülkeden ve bizim vize numaramız yok checkin için daha fazla bilgi olmalı.

The app asks to upload passport for completing online check-in but it says passport uploaded but we couldn’t verify it. It’s very clear photo of passport how come you can’t verify it? All our passport information has been taken by the app but somehow automatically answer is “we couldn’t verify it”
