What a bad user experience. You buy a Ryanair ticket - have to use the app - but have to manually add your booking in case it does not show up automatically. Would not be surprised if this was coded on purpose to ensure people miss their flight or have to pay a fee at the airport. This app is a shame …

Leider wird einem immer und überall versucht etwas dazu zu verkaufen - sogar Aufgabegepäck, obwohl es schon gebucht war

Eine App, die nicht funktioniert, um das zu tun was man soll- einchecken. Ryanair schiebt die Schuld und die Rechnung von 60€ auf den Kunden, da man ja am Flughafen eingecheckt hat. Ich konnte trotz freiem Platz in der App Ansicht nicht die Sitze neben meiner Familie buchen, weder auf der hin noch auf der Rückreise. Eine nicht funktionierende App als Geschäftsmodell. Ich werde diese „Fluggesellschaft“ und ihre vermeintlich niedrigen Preise in Zukunft meiden und ermutige jeden, das auch zu tun, damit fliegen wieder so wird wie früher: Mit Respekt, Komfort, Essen, bezahlbarer Gepäckaufgabe und o

I could live with the fact that you’re forced to use the app. However, then it should at least be a good, functional app. Right now, it’s just incredibly slow, takes ages to get to the boarding pass and sometimes impossible to switch between bookings.

Beim Einchecken kam ständig die Meldung, dass meine Buchung nicht gefunden wurde.

App crashed twice during my check-in. I bought an additional bag and once I tried to pay in the last step of the check-in it said the session has timed out, which was nonsense. I tried it all again and the same error message came out in the end. I wanted to try on my husbands booking the third time. We are flying together. To my astonishment, his app showed our flight tickets as checked in.

Good luck trying to book assisted travel options… could not be more complicated.

quite a user friendly app. a flaw: why does it suggest baggage options that are already booked and paid?

Wer möchte nicht von A nach B fliegen und dafür einem Dienstleister ausgeliefert sein, der den Kunden bei jedem Buchungs-Schritt, beim Check-in etc. unter Druck setzt?!

Obwohl ein Checkin Gepäck gebucht und bezahlt wurde wird man beim online einchecken verleitet, nochmal ein Gepäckstück auszuwählen (gegen Gebühr)

Obwohl im Tarif Gepäck enthalten ist, poppt Gepäck beim Einchecken auf.

Als App theoretisch ok, aber Ryanair wird jetzt alles tun, damit sie mehr Geld von dir kriegen. In der Vergangenheit war Check-in nur aus ein paar Schritten ausgebaut, jetzt: möchtest du das, oder vielleicht noch das, warum nicht, vielleicht doch? Schwachsinn.

You cant fly without the app - and for that that i get a terrible app experience. Sounds just like Ryanair

You sell vie kiwi the cabin luggages and on checkin there is only a small bag. Never again

You have to download the app for getting to the boarding card. No way to do it through the website. Unacceptable
