App crashed twice during my check-in. I bought an additional bag and once I tried to pay in the last step of the check-in it said the session has timed out, which was nonsense. I tried it all again and the same error message came out in the end. I wanted to try on my husbands booking the third time. We are flying together. To my astonishment, his app showed our flight tickets as checked in.
