App isn’t working half of the time. Can’t check in without the app and without paying 50$.

My boyfriend and I recently flew from Venice to Barcelona with Ryanair, and unfortunately we experienced what appears to be a serious issue with the app. We completed online check-in through the app three days before our flight. Everything worked perfectly. The app notified us about the gate, boarding information and any updates. We successfully passed every security checkpoint using the boarding pass and QR code displayed in the app. The problem happened at the very last checkpoint before boarding the shuttle bus to the aircraft. The app constantly throws error code 409 when I attempt to book a flight, it is frustrating to the point of nausea.

I cant update

Easy to navigate and use, fair prices, travel with Lauda makes us happy, confident and safe.

And ofc worst check in experience, powered by their app probably coded by a South Park character come to life.

So complicated and insecure that this is defiymy LAST FLIGHT WITH RYANAIR!!!

It takes 10 tries to check in with bunch of errors. First they don’t offer me to put my id/passport then get an error at the end. After I restart the app they offer to put in ID and at the end some other error that keeps popping up. On third try I managed to get to the end after clicking 10 extra offer buttons instead of just letting me to check in.

Pokušavao sam kupit kartu 30 puta i nakon 30-og puta je kupljena. Na kraju je chek in nemoguća misija i ne dozvoljava, zato što je karta kao kupljena preko turističke agencije, a nije nego je kupljena preko aplikacije. Ukratko NIKAD više neću koristiti Ryanair.

Stranica stalno traži ažuriranja, često ima problema, puno bugova, pada stranica često

Really slow loading check in and all booking data

For a month now i can't reserve my flight in september

You can't mute promo notifications even if you toggle it off in settings.

No reason to use app for check in, almost missed flight because i had to use this app

I’m doing the check in for 3 days and it was impossible to finish it, OPS SOMETHING WHEN WRONG! this is what I have seen over and over! Very annoying

Last few weeks there are constant issues with the app. Either it is crashing, does not load bookings or search does not work. App is uodated to the latest version, and issues are still happening.

Its hard to belive that in 2026 someone can make app that works this poorly, couldnt book flight, do check in or track the flight, I needed to use web for all, that makes me wonder what is point to have an app?( to make it worse you have to have it to receive boarding pass ) and that made me worried as it just.kept.bugging.

Have to download for online check-in, to avoid paying 55€ for onsite check-in. App bugs out with "something gone wrong" error often during online check in

Aplikacija ne dozvoljava check in, već nekoliko dana nakon sto se pokušavam checkinati dolazi mi notifikacija “something gone wrong” i bez ikakvog objašnjenja ne mogu napraviti ništa, a svi podaci su upisani. Užas, užas, užas.

Aplikacija prilikom chech in-a se stalno ruši

Check ins nije radio u aplikaciji, morala sam preko weba odraditi
