I am fine with the fact that you try to give us as little as you can give us coz we are paying less than a classic airline but can we just opt out of you trying to push on as much extras as you can, like a box in the settings where it says “no extras, thanks”? Just state a list of what’s included in the fare and we know all the rest is extra: a seat, air to breath, access to toilet, a small bag, a lifevest and oxygen mask in case of incident. And if fine with that, I tick the box and proceed to payment without being offered extra luggage, choice of seat, massage, etc. a waste of time.

For weeks now the app has very frequently failed to display ticket and flight info when I try to access it. Saying that: “something is wrong with your request” I have spoken to family and friends who are facing the same issue frequently. This already happened to me twice while at the airport to board or get through security. Ryanair FORCES US to use the app. SO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. GIVE US BACK OUR FREEDOM OF CHOICE OR GET YOU ACT TOGETHER

I get always message errors (something went wrong). I cannot even add the boarding pass to my wallet. It has been like this since months.

Très mauvaise expérience. Lors de l’enregistrement d’un vol, une erreur est indiquée. Puis le prix monte et lors du payement, une erreur est indiquée de nouveau. Finalement tu redémarres l’achat du vol et te voilà avec 2 billets pour une même personne et le même trajet. Le service clientèle complique les démarches pour obtenir un remboursement. Je ne recommande pas.

Multiple failures. Had to close and reopen the application multiple times. Took me 90 minutes to check in via the application. I pray that they do not operate the planes in the same way - we will be all in big trouble!

Je n’avais jamais pris encore un hôtel sur un autre continent Avec n’importe quel compagnie aérienne, mais, je Ryanair préfère car elle a tout gérer à ma place, et comme c’est la première fois que je le fais avec d’autres, ça n’a pas marché et là ça a marché assez vite et en plus de ça vraiment pas chère du tout, je recommande vivement!!!!!! Ryanair!!!!

Überhaupt nicht User friendly aufgebaut, sondern um den Kunden zu verwirren und zu verleiten zusätzliche Upgrades (die man womöglich bereits inklusive hat) zu kaufen!

Ryanair has a handy app with lots of features to help customers self-manage their bookings. However, one important bug prevents users from flipping left/right to view all their boarding passes right after completing the checkin process and clicking the “View Boarding Passes” button. The only workaround is to kill the app and open it again.

Impossible to book a specific seat without being forced into other upgrade I don’t want + enormous difficulty in reading my passport. Bottom line ; terrible experience = 0/10

I am soo fed up of opening Ryanair app and having to update it every time I open it (once or twice a week) - as you can imagine usually this is to check in to your flight, you are on roaming, internet doesn’t work. There is so little consideration of the user experience I haven’t seen in a while..

Good app but cumbersome when it comes to process check in wrt bags and luggage to add. Seems to me it pushes you to keep paying additionalnluggages already paid.
