Complicated

I don’t want to use app to get my boarding pass.

Made a group booking for two people. But the second person cant see the booking and cant get their boardig pass even after entering the correct flight and personal information. For an option that is beeing offered and is quite important the app service is not good at all. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Starting from flight selection almost after each click on button continue I have long loading and something went wrong error. From repeated attempt it goes forward. Error stays for long time. Application is up to date. iPhone 14 iOS 26.3

Something went wrong is to often

I think this is my first app review ever, I honestly cannot believe how bad this is. Every second step it says “something went wrong”, the payment “failed” even though it went through. I can’t believe there’s still technology this bad in 2026

App frequently is not working (i have latest version and latest software) and it does no specify what is wrong, just that something went off..

Application works too slowly and al the time shows the error message

What is the point of this app when you trying go to settings or privacy setting it transfers you to web page!!!

I can't do almost anything on this app, all the time I have messages that “something went wrong” Never before have I had that issue now last month or two I have this all the time

i hope next time the developers of this pos have to urgently check in for a flight they get repeatedly asked to log in and get refused service for no reason TIME AFTER TIME AFTER TIME

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from Ryanair. Forcing passengers to install your useless app just to complete check-in is outrageous. This is not customer service — this is coercion. People have already paid for their tickets. They should not be forced to download additional software onto their personal devices just to access a basic service. Not everyone wants your app. Not everyone has space for it. Not everyone is willing to grant permissions or hand over more data. Some people use work phones, some value privacy, some simply refuse to clutter their devices with unnecessary applications.

Shows a problem all the time. I got angry while trying to check in.

Very slow, all rhe time errors, pausa, waiting waiting.... it took a lot of time to go through

I had to use the website, not big deal, but they should fix such a simple bug

Constantly showing "something we wrong..." without clear explanation how to fix the problem. Truly annoying

Too much advertisement, different sum for adding cabin bag.
