С помощью приложения не удалось зачекиниться на рейс бесплатно за сутки до вылета. Пришлось оплачивать екстра таксу 55 евро в аэропорту, ужас.

I have no idea how terribly stupid your software engineers must be - but the process of passport verification is impossible to pass. IT SEND THE WHITE BEDSPREAD TO VERIFY. How does it nearly look like a passport? And you give only 3 attempts. You’re INTENTIONALLY make this verification not working so you could grab 55€

More then two weeks the app doesn’t work. It’s not possible to buy the tickets. Every time it shows mistakes at last moment, especially when you try to confirm the tickets for the way to return. Before was not like this …

В данный момент через приложение невозможно зарегистрироваться на рейс. При регистрации оно требует ввести данные шенгенской визы, однако когда я их ввожу и пытаюсь пройти дальше, поля для ввода обнуляются и приложение вновь требует данные визы. И так бесконечно

В приложении компании мне отказывают в онлайн регистрации из-за того что билет куплен через «third party travel agent”.

Приложение выдает ошибку при регистрации онлайн, из-за этого мне пришлось заплатить 55 евро на стоке регистрации! Не рекоменду данную авиакомпанию.
