Super slow to fetch details, and checking messages on how to proceed before 24 hours of flight departure are misleading and unclear- why even to FORCE passengers to install the app to do check-in

Jouduimme maksamaan matkatavarat tuplana kun appi ei toimi, eikä ryanair korvaa meille mitään.

Too many ads and clicks

Worst app i have ever downloaded and its made by professional scam artists. As soon as i open the app, i get told to pay an extra fee of 90€ or jump off the plane. I would rather crush my testicles between two concrete slabs than to open this app ever again.

The app always takes too long to load and requires necessary updates every few days, and you can’t use the app unless you update right now, even when you’re in a rush!! That’s very inconvenient

Aluksi tuntui hyvältä mut nyt appi näyttää lennot muttei saa haettua niitä.. on hidas, kaatuilee, ja valottaa ettei saa haettua mitään. Kokonaan uudestaan kun laittaa varausnumeron ja säpon, löytää lennon mut edelleenkään ei pääse etusivulta lennon tietoihin..

My booking been made at Ryanair app, was flagged as ”made by third parties” which required me to pass extra check with providing ID and long waiting time. Interface of app itself look outdated and overloaded with unnecessary stuff, wish makes visuals worse than it already is. Classics from Ryanair, force you to pay more at every step of booking, without clear explanations that it’s not necessary. App is slow at any networks, seems like it’s an API issues or database inefficiencies. Awful app, awful ux/ui. I’m really scared what to expect on board, since it’s my first experience with Ryanai

Sovellus on epäselvä ja hidas.

App is messy and slow. After checkin it says oops time out.. and still i see boarding pass. Seems buggy then.

The app keeps timing out interrupting check-in process. I have a fast internet connection so problem must be Ryanair side. Given Ryanair’s hidden and penalty charges this is extra stress I don’t need and why I don’t usually fly Ryanair.

Why do I always need to fill all details even though I’m signed in and you have all the data in your system. Try copying what Norwegian does.

Näen kaiken selkeästi sovelluksessa, mutta monesti muutoksia tehdessä tulee ensin monta kertaa virhekoodi, ennen kuin muutokset lopulta onnistuu.

Constantly saying something went wrong when trying to view the booking . I haven’t received the booking to my email !!

Check in shows error all the time, very annoying to do it multiple times and go all the way till the last step and get ”Something’s went wrong”. After 10mins of trying it somehow then worked again.
