Worst user experience ever. Check in takes ages because of all the duplicated details you have to type in and marketing that makes clicking infinite. I will drop it as soon as my flight is done

It blocked a reservation that I made directly with the app thinking that I made it through third-party provider. Then forced me to do a verification uploading my sensitive data to whatever servers against my will. Truly awful experience.

I fly quite often, however, somehow everytime I try to check in, the app calls for an update and the previous version seems to be unsupported. Seriously?

It shouldn’t be allowed for people who didn’t pay for a seat in the first row to sit there just because no one is using it. I always pay for those seats to increase my chances of sitting alone. Then someone asks the stewardess if they can sit there and gets the seat without paying for it. That’s not fair. I’ll update my review score when this issue is fixed.

This is one of the worst applications. The response time when pressing a button is almost unbearable. It’s impossible to complete check-in — sometimes it won’t scan a temporary EU residence permit, other times it fails to recognize the passport. Just terrible.

On the previous and current versions i couldn’t do a check in. The app was not informing about account locked and password change requirement

Ads upon ads and more ads… can only get special assistance on pc version anyway, and in general the app is lacking

Simple and clear procedure

Error 500 at the very end of you don’t check in to the return flight. Can’t change your passport details if they are wrong before you checked in (only on the website it’s possible). Got “too many tries error” at the end after I’ve done everything again. That’s awful.

Updates too frequent, cannot link bookings, often kicking out user during process of booking

Tried to check in through the app - “ooops” “sorry”, “something went wrong”, “try another time” on every step. Took three times to accomplish each step. Guys, give it to NEKLO LLC, they’ll fix your app at a moderate price.

After recent Ryanair decision to no longer allow paper boarding passes I was forced to install this app. The number of dark patterns implemented in it is astounding. Going through check-in resembles navigating a minefield of paid options, where picking the free one is accompanied by a warnings that make you feel scared as if you did something wrong and are about to pay a fine. God knows how much background tracking this app does by having installed on my phone. The whole experience is sluggish and riddled with „something went wrong” messages, while being on a perfectly stable WiFi where no oth

App works well, but lot of options, mazes and not clear informations makes really confusing. All in all to trap you into payment and earn more than typical plane ticket. This could be much easier to maintain, but, let’s be honest… the earnings shall be made somewhere 🫣

It been 2 hours that I’m trying to scan my passport to make the checking it doesn’t work They know that there is an issue but they didn’t fixe it to oblige people to pay 55€ to do the check in at the gate

Multiple attempts to connect to kiosk. Finally worked. Then multiple session timeouts while putting stickers on baggage. Waste of time.

Two options are crushed. 1. Payment method other than card / Apple Pay 2. Check-in are unable to be done. Last step crushes whole progress. Log in via the website solving problem which should not be happen on the app.

Remove the whole advertising

The app has a ton of server side issues. Common check-in errors, inability to save the boarding pass, random crashes. Terrible stability.

App is not working and is crushing all the time, I need to get my barding pass and is not possible through website because I need the app, and app doesn’t work

Mistakes are popping up multiple number of time while booking the flights. Some flights were shown available when in reality they were already sold out. Which cause me losing my time and not taking other flights/options.

Recently, the app has been constantly freezing and not allowing me to proceed to the next step; it takes a very long time to load. The seat selection for a child under 12 works incorrectly. It says it’s free, but in the end, when selecting a seat, an extra charge is added.

The worst experience of booking flight in this app. Constant timeouts during reservation, errors during payment procedure, locked seats after timeout, errors during seat selection.

The app itself Works terrible, nothing loads on first try always notification sorry try again later, very long loading screens, the only thing that is quick is offering you all the extra stuff you can buy, and paying for them, this works fantastic…

It's impossible to access the app; it keeps freezing, and even if you do, you can't check in for your flight (it says an error occurred). This has been going on for quite a while, and the developer is doing nothing. How do people register? Many can't open their tickets. It seems this is done to trick people into paying them.

Not possible to do check in today and add boarding pass. Oops something went wrong all the time

You're bragging and proud of the transition to digital boarding passes, but as a result, you have to adapt the app to significantly greater usability. The app freezes non-stop. It's impossible to use it, and you can't do anything. I've been checking in for the third time, entering all the details for five people, because I keep getting the message "something went wrong with your request." What is this supposed to mean? It's sick and pathetic.

not a native chip web app inside. loading very slowly, had problems with slow internet, scan passport requirement completed after 20 attempts. this is trash

There are no Push notifications about gate changes.

Very poor multiple bugs, it takes forever to do the check-in
