You're bragging and proud of the transition to digital boarding passes, but as a result, you have to adapt the app to significantly greater usability. The app freezes non-stop. It's impossible to use it, and you can't do anything. I've been checking in for the third time, entering all the details for five people, because I keep getting the message "something went wrong with your request." What is this supposed to mean? It's sick and pathetic.
