They cancelled our flight less than 36 hours before. Their support didn’t provide us another flight. And they declined our request for compensation. We should buy another tickets from the other country, the difference was over 400 Euro. Never deal with this worst company. Don’t forget their case, that they landed their plain in Belarus and gave the person to dictator Lucashenko. You are never save with this company. STAY AWAY OF THEM

It works, but it's incredibly time-consuming. You have to constantly decline aggressive upsells that are presented as if they are mandatory. Less of an airline app, more of a chaotic marketplace.

Forcing to use an App Full of Tracking is unacceptable. Ticket Must work on Paper. Will Not fly Ryanair again because of this.

Was für eine doofe App. Ich kann für den Rückflug ohne zusätzlichen Kauf eines gewählten Sitzplatzes nicht einchecken…..

Des voleurs professionnels, j'ai passé une sale journée a cause d'eux, faites attention ils vous trouvent n'importe quelle raison pour vous faire payer plus . De preference payer plus mais etre sur de partir.

I was FORCED to pay for seat to obtain boarding pass although I have special assistance and normally seat assigned by crew. I was forced to download application on my mobile to complete transaction and couldn’t get a print out of boarding pass

I don’t like the fact that I have to use the App to be able to check in. I will never use Ryanair, if I can an alternative no matter how expensive. The practices of Ryanair are terrible.

La aplicación no para de dar error aún actualizándola una y otra vez. El funcionamiento de esta aplicación es como el servicio de la compañía, una auténtica mierda.

App di base abbastanza intuitiva e semplice, se non fosse per il fatto che ogni volta che devo effettuare il check-in per le mie prenotazioni mi compare un messaggio di errore, anche se chiudo l’applicazione e la riapro, e continua così per talmente tante volte che perdo le speranze ed apro la versione web da telefono, dove devo effettuare l’accesso e che è molto meno comoda dell’app, che ho scaricato proprio per questione di comodità. Insomma ogni volta che devo fare check-in devo considerare di aver il tempo di fare interminabili tentativi che falliscono anche dopo che finalmente si apre la

Non ho mai provato un volo Ryanair e il primo sarà settimana prossima, ma da come viene gestito il servizio clienti in via telefonica(oltre 35 minuti di attesa senza ricevere risposta con Chiamata internazionale) mi sono già stufato. Peccato che è l’unica soluzione per raggiungere la meta se potessi andrei con un’altra compagnia. Adesso vediamo cosa mi aspetta in aeroporto.

App penosa!

Oltre le mille critiche che si possono fare a voi, il fatto che si venga costretti a scaricare l’app per poter avere la carta d’imbarco è veramente assurdo e antipatico

Je suis suisse je dois voler avec ryanair depuis la France et l’app m’empêche de renseigner un no suisse ça ne s’affiche pas dans la liste à choix, idem impossible de choisir la suisse comme pays. Et enfin qd j’installe l’app pour m’enregistrer elle ne reconnaît pas mon email gmail principal. Grosse galère à réserver mon vol du refaire 8 fois et idem pour installer l’app. Pire réservation de toute ma vie. J’espère qu’au moins les vols seront fiables

So far very happy with Ryanair, always fly València to Malaga and back, never had any problems. Friendly staff and plane is always punctual.

Very slow, difficult check in and ‘something was wrong with your request’ messages at every step

Seit einer bestimmten Zeit funktioniert die Flugsuche nicht. Der Button ist ausgegraut. Sobald man es dann mal doch schafft, ist das vollenden der Bestellung horror. Fehlermeldungen und hängende Screens. Flug gebucht und bezahlt - Fehlermeldung. Ein paar Minuten später kommt dann trotzdem die Bestätigung. Man weiss manchmal nicht woran man ist.
