Keeps on sending notifications about all nonsense when you are due to fly, just to keep you with you eyes in your phone and in their app. Notification titles all imply urgency and important info and when you read the message it’s actually a Mickey Mouse issue. Marketing constantly, treating people like cattle. Avoid the company.

I don’t like that you force your clients to get a mobile app for a ticket, a pdf that could be accessible on the site or by mail. If the clients pay for a ticket in a place (the website), they should receive it in that place. It’s what every normal, fair company does.

I added an extra baby equipment because ryanair app is pushing that extra to you. I didn’t know I already have 2x baby equipment included. You have to read a lot to get that info. So free money for ryanair. You cannot cancel that +extra equipment. Then, while checking in, guess what ryanair recommends? Baby equipment!!😄 The logo for baby equipment is a stroller so you can get tricked very easy to spend extra 30$

Why do i need to use my roaming data for a boarding pass… it’s annoying to download a basic app just to access my boarding passes. A mail was more useful!! 0/5

The experience with Ryanair’s food was beyond criticism. The sandwich was of very poor quality, bland, poorly made, and almost impossible to eat. The coffee was at the same disappointing level—watery and tasteless, like a cheap product served with no minimal attention to quality. Overall, it was a poor food offering that in no way justifies the price and ruins the flight experience. The text then repeats the same statements.

They advertise priority, carryon bag for 22 euros and when you checkout it costs 29 euros.

Their policy is not the best, better look for another company for the trip, I bought tickets for myself and my family about 4-3 months before the booking date About a month later, a problem arose that prevented us from being able to use the tickets However, there were still 2 months until the flight was supposed to take place, I contacted the support service and they told us that it was no problem that we could not travel, nothing is refunded, we just don't show up and that's it, their policy makes no sense!

It was an awful experience, I had to use the website on desktop, as the app wanted me to pay extra! And after I did check in, the boarding passes could not be loaded: "something's gone wrong with your request" (but the money is gone too!!)

They force you to download the app in order to get your boarding pass instead of allowing direct download from the website. The app loads way slower than the website too

When I click on a button it takes me a step back and the app is slow

You are a cancer!

We all know that airlines companies are taking your data and try to ask for money at every step you do…

app doesn’t work. I checked in on my inbound flight - no problem, scanned my passport nfc. Now I’m trying to do the same for my outbound flight - it doesn’t even try to scan my passport, just errors “oh dear..” or “something’s wrong with your request” 0r “your request timed out”. I tried two devices, two different networks - wifi and LTE, it’s the same - random errors

Please fix your bugs. Everything I am pressing on is giving me errors. Thank you in dacă ce, I HOPE!
