The scanning of the passports on this app is absolutely crazy making and infuriating!!

This is my first time using this app so amazing and very accessible to use.

Couldn’t pay on the app, had to go online and pay and then many issues verifying things

Charge way too much for baggage.

Your app is obstructionist and seems designed to throw obstacles in the way of opting out of value added. Random seat selection comes with a threat if traveling, separated from companions, even if adjoining seats are available.

Worst check-in process I have ever came across.

Keep getting messages to verify passport info but scan doesn’t work for anyone in my travel group

Mon mari a essayé à plusieurs reprises de faire le check-in à partir de l’application. Mon mari a réussi à scanner son passeport par contre l’application n’était pas en mesure de scanner mon passeport. C’est frustrant d’autant plus qu’on nous a exigé de payer 55 euros chacun à l’aéroport. Votre représentant à l’aéroport de Rabat n’était d’aucune aide. Votre service en ligne et à l’aéroport est nul.

Annoying to use keeps trying to get you to create an account and crashed a couple of times

You just keep piling up fees one after the other, not indicating clearly how to opt-out. This should be illegal.

It is sleazy to force customers to download your app to access their digital boarding passes. This is after having to create an account on your website to check-in. This is the first and online airline I’ve had to do this for and I haven’t used a paper boarding pass in over 20 years, so this isn’t about going paperless. It’s a move that benefits the airline and costs your customers time and data/privacy.

I love Ryanair for its low fares, flight options, patient service and easy check-ins but avoid the extra fees, now including counter check in (not sure how that’s legal), I also find some agents (rare) looking to charge extra when possible even after paying the additional fees necessary to avoid those costs.

Very poor app for non European passports

The website was down for many days ! You made it stressful and complicated before travelling regarding the fresh if I haven’t checked it before going to the airport! Why I should do someone else’s job!

The site is ok but once you purchase luggage price if you want to change it you can’t. I wanted to change the size and weight of my bag and it was impossible.

Took over an hour to get the app to display a boarding pass because of how buggy it was using Google as my login. If it was optional that would be one thing, but it is the only way to get boarding passes now. First time flying Ryanair (because there were no other available flights) a d I can definitely say I will never fly with them again. Worst thing is that it ended up being one of our most expensive flights because of how much they charge for bags… not even cheap

shame as a service in website, application ! I paid since a week my ticket ! When I came to check out I still didn’t receive any mail ! Even they took my money but it doesn’t appear my check online ! I paid another ticket and still the system bugging !!! Wizzair, air Arabia, RAM, vueling are the best !!!

Website gave me numerous error messages along the way, wouldn’t scan my pre ‘23 passport, asked me to pay for checked in bags that have been already paid for. 15 minutes in and still no boarding pass

Good prices for flights. Only thing, their policy of check-in bag is really frustrating. I thought everything was included when I bought the ticket now I’m being asked to pay for luggage which I thought was included. Very confusing. Things need to be simpler.

Used the app for all flight details and check-in. No problems experienced pre-flight.

I have tried calling several times to speak to a human being and have had no luck. I used the virtual chat and asked several times for a human being. I was quoted policies and offered only curt responses to my complaint. It’s unfortunate I could not get my complaint resolved.

Canadians can’t check in or get boarding passes with App. Ryanair threatens to charge additional fees for checking in. Staff deny there is a problem. Online technical staff confirm the problem. Frustrating and time-wasting. Avoid this airline.
