This app is mandatory to get the boarding card. You cannot board without installing it. This is unacceptable.

Adding so aggressive marketing is annoying and frustrating. After purchasing seats (most expensive), to offer me “Please select seats” during checkout is mediocre behavior. How many times should skip the insurance (I have private one covering everything). After selecting priority boarding WHY suggesting me to choose baggage package? It’s all useless and several additional useless clicks

If you come to the app just to check in, with all the services pre bought its basically a nightmare. You come to the insurance and if you don’t buy that…it’s basically all over with your check in. You cannot continue forward.

The app is crashing constantly at check in attempts

There are constantly some things that don’t work properly and every time I book a flight it disappears at some point and I need to retrieve my booking couple of times😠

I’m made the best present for a friend of mine, but the ticked wasn’t received…I’ve checked for a mistake like hundreds of times…and the process to buy it was complicated…because if you what to check the email in another window- all the progress is lost… It should be easy and fats to make such type of present…I don’t know why the execution is so poor

If I could give a 0, I would. This is the worst app for flights booking I’ve ever experienced. Looping, loading, server errors, clearly no testing has been done or if it has - just the happy paths were covered. Gave up on my trip eventually. Local vacation!

Не искам да тегля приложения и да си пълня паметта на телефона, за да си получа бордната карта, при положение, че има уеб сайт и връзката спокойно може да е оттам, при положение, че вече съм си платила и вие на практика криете бордната карта от мен и поставяте условия, а тя е моя собственост, защото вече съм я закупила.

There has to be a way to use the app temporarily to access your boarding pass even when an update is required! It is ridiculous that we are forced to update every 5 days and still at the gate you have to update it once again because just 2 hours ago they released the new version!

The app is very unreliable - expected given which the company is. There is no way you can add a cabin bag for only one ticket of the reservation, then you also cave 10 kg cabin bag or 10 kg check-in bag, complete bs. The app is not user friendly at all, not in English not in any other language

Uninstalled. After my last flight, I’m done with Ryanair. They charged me an extra fee for a perfectly normal cabin bag, while others with much larger ones boarded without a problem. Totally unfair and humiliating experience. This app is now useless to me — I’ll never book with Ryanair again, and neither will any of my family members or relatives. It really felt like the staff were more focused on collecting extra fees than on providing any real service.

Everyday update we cant use the application because of the nonstop updates

A cheap company that can approach directly with a robber head and ask for an extra 55 euro to check in at the airport

When doing the checking , the screen with seats is freezing and you cannot change anything (go back or continue)
