The app is very unreliable - expected given which the company is. There is no way you can add a cabin bag for only one ticket of the reservation, then you also cave 10 kg cabin bag or 10 kg check-in bag, complete bs. The app is not user friendly at all, not in English not in any other language

I mean you guys have Greek and polish and what not. Please add Bulgarian subtitles and Bulgarian audio for the animated movies at least. It’s awful when your kids can’t watch Disney movies because you guys haven’t included the audio which by the way is already available since all your movies drop in BG cinemas anyway
