If it weren’t for Ryan air trying to improve with every update I’d almost believe that they were trying to get worse :/ keep it simple Ryan, keep it simple. And stop trying to take my money at every step

This airline is more comfortable in terms of budget for both business and family trip, I prefer to use more as they have good connections all over Europe.

I dont want an extra app to travel i want to checkin online and get a link to add my pass to the wallet why do i need an app

Even though I had booked tickets from this app multiple times , every time I get email asking for verification saying the ticket was booked though third party. It’s always extra work and waste of time each time. When I raised ticket for the same issue, it is closed each time saying to book next time with Ryan air app when I am already using it.

We feel harassed traveling by Ryan air right from purchase of ticket to the check in. I was charged extra 150 euro for not checking earlier. I was not informed or told earlier that there is a charge for physical check in. I fact it was a tough thing to even get my ticket after purchase from KIWI. I have decided to file a legal case in India against this airline and Kiwi. This is totally unethical.

Why do I have to change my password right after creating an account with a password I just chose?!? - And I can't chose the same. And then it cannot be processed at this time.

The software to check in your passport is very unhelpful and wants you to go to the airport if three attempts are missed

Already knew screwed airline. They give only 3 attempts to verify documents, and if app crashes, or any bug, they will consume attempts and try to force you to pay checkin fees

My travel document was not getting detected by the scanner in the mobile app during the check-in process. And the phone line is designed to not connect us to anybody. And the chat support takes at least half an hour even to reach anybody. Extreme stress which is totally unnecessary.

Stop using these trick and gimmicks make this extra money. If you do it exactly opposite, you just might find more customers !

Every second step requires payment. Too easy to accidentally add things and rack up a bill. Best-in-class payment extracting user experience I've seen in a while, with the best dark patterns to trick people into buying extra things.

What the hell app is not promoting for apple pay very bad. Also prices has been increased like worst. I think management need to think. This is not any more low fares airline.

Screwed up airline.. their own app doesn’t have the function to display boarding pass and when you arrive at the airport after checking in online hours before departure they ask you for a printed copy of boarding pass as a mandate. If not presented printed boarding pass you will have to pay a whopping price just to print the boarding pass . In today’s digital world , one is not expected to carry around a printed boarding pass to the airport . Also, online checkin is a mandate in this airline even if you arrive at the airport 3 hours before the departure. If not be prepared to pay a hefty check

Worst airline ever. Charged 134€ from us for not doing prior check-in. No such thing was informed prior booking or mentioned on tickets. Won’t book it ever in my life again.

Have not seen a worse service. Cheapest airlines is just a myth and they hog money for each and every step. Lies to say that they have good service for customers when they make your life miserable with baggage handling, payment etc.

Unless this is the last option you have to travel, please avoid using Ryan air ever. Horrible service, no safety for your luggage, cheap money making tactics. Absolutely pathetic.

I cannot imagine how an airline can have an app this bad. I mean surely you have the budget to get a bit of decent coding done. It’s buggy, slow and crashes every five minutes. I would avoid even downloading it and stick with the website. Just shocking.

That stupid stunt that you pulled with cancelling your flights in Sep and oct has caused a massive damp in my Italy trip which I have planned. Yours is by far the worst airline I have ever come across be it PR/Rescheduling/Customer Service. There is a day light between Ryan Air and the next worst airlines. You are the pinnacle of worst airlines in the aviation industry

I really prefer this airlines as a student...its really great price...
