Laguage that was initially booked and already paid it shoul be automatically polled to Check-in fields or option for modifications. Im my case we are travelling 2 persons with each with 20 kg laguage. Thi was already paid in Booking stage for the flights. Now is not fully clear that now for the bording in included 20 kg Chec-in-Bags

The app broke making it hard to check in

Too many unnecessary notifications that I consider as spam. App is either not working or laggy and packed with upgrades. Unfortunately, they want to make you scared so that you would keep coming back at their annoying notifications. And when you actually try to achieve something, it often says that there was some error.

Always need 20 tries to book one flight, too many errors. Too bad if you want to catch flight price.

Potrebno ročno dodajanje rezervacijske st. Ryanair in z njo povezanega enaslova naročnika,sicer se rezervacija opravljena preko ponudnika potovalnih paketov vključno z letalsko karto, v aplikaciji Ryanair sploh ne prikaže. Posledično check in ni mogoč do izvedbe ročnega vnosa podatkov.

Solidna stran, vendar nikakor ne morem najti kontakta od lost and found, ker smo pozabili telefon na letalu

You’re just trying to get your boarding passes and the app needs to be updated, every single effing time. Not even a week goes by without some stupid update that somehow requires such breaking API changes that it can’t be backwards compatible.

such a scummy thing to rip off the customer, if you buy an extra bag when you check in there is a small text on the boarding ticket that tells you have to register it on checkout, but of course i didnt neither see it or read it!

I bought parking ticket for vienna but cant even use it wasted 100e

I wanted to do do a booking, but UX prevents it. When I entered all the details I had to enter also selection of insurance and contact number. When you enter your phone number, keyboard with numbers is displayed on the button of the page, you enter the number bit you can’t close the keyboard and you are stuck. Had to restart on web to make booking. Nice job Ryanair UX team. Elon fired 80% of technical staff and X still works…

Cannot swipe between boarding passes after update.

I was very worried that it will be complicated because it’s my first time flying with out parents. Turns put its pretty easy:3

I’ve been using the app for all my ryanair flights however last two weeks eachtime i leave the app it asks me to sign in again and after submitting user id and password the wheel to sign in rolls infinitely and never signs in even thoe everything is correct. I use the app to add all the boarding passes to my wallet and now i can’t access it in any way. Is this a bug or?…

I tried logging in with Facebook, but it just gets stuck in a loop. The sign in redirects me to Facebook, I give permission through Facebook, I get redirected to the Ryanair app which again says I need to login through Facebook.

Small letters for phone check in

Very disapointed!!! You have to pay extra for the seats, you can not check in at the airport for free. If you do than you have to pay extra fee of 55€!!! I will never again deal with Ryanair!!! Remember, you must check in online to avoid the €55 airport check-in fee.

No info on flight delays. Departure scheduled for 10min ago, app still says ‘flight on time’.

for first time flying with ryanair experience was terrible and had trouble with boarding pass before of that i was forced to pay 50e boarding pass for 43e flight .. i tried to contact support they did not even bother to reply to email... wound not recommend nobody especially to the people who fly for first time
