Pior companhia que já utilizei, não vale o baixo custo, eles vão te cobrar taxas totalmente abusivas, principalmente por sua bagagem de mão. Sem falar que o time é péssimo, extremamente rude, não te auxiliam, cada um põe uma regra diferente mas no final só querem seu dinheiro. Prefiro pagar mais caro do que voar de novo com eles

Fiz e não recebi nada propaganda enganosa então não é confiável quando dizem uma coisa e faz outra

Existe muitas questões ( vender coisas / produtos)que nos põe confusos

The app doesn’t work on some android devices, passport scan takes shot without permission, checking attempts are limited, if you have any issue it’s on you, even if the problem is the app.

The app is really bad right now — you need to improve it. The application does not read the passport chip.

When I bought my ticket, it said I could take a compartment luggage. For me to complete my check in, I was forced to pay for my compartment luggage. It is so unfair. Very disappointed. Not to mention all the service they wanted me to buy in order to finish my check in!!

Usei recentemente o aplicativo em uma viagem e funcionou muito bem a integração.

O app é bom, contudo, desde a última atualização, não consigo escanear meu passaporte, sendo que já viajei várias vezes pela empresa.

Got checkin not working, had to go to airport, attendant asks for screenshot of issue, i didn’t take as i thought it wasnt necessary, and at the end they fee me 100 eur only for checkin! Thats half the cost of the flight!!! And now I unfortunately have to do all the recordings as proof since their passport reading doesn’t work where other apps that read and validate passports are able to validate it easily. It surely will be my last flight with this company due to the clown experience I am passing, id rather pay 100 eur extra on a two hours flight than experiencing this awful checkin experienc

I have been trying to book a flight by the app and website and always finding some issues when trying to finish the purchase. Support was not able to offer any useful info..

When I click the play button nothing happens . Annoying and frustrating

It’s impossible to pay using the app, cuz the keyboard remains opened after I put my phone number, and I can’t scroll the page till the end to press “PAY”

I can't finish my purchase because the keyboard gets in front of the purchase button and there is no way to get rid of it

O app não está escaneando o chip do meu passaporte para liberar o meu cartão de embarque, e não me oferece nenhuma outra forma de conseguir o cartão!

I flew with Ryanair paid for the ticket, and after the day I traveled they charged me €249.74 on my account. I asked for information in order to have a refund, received a reference number (2910390) with the message “ Our Customer Service team will be in touch shortly to update you on your case.” and it’s been a week that I don’t have any response. I had other problems related to charge coming from there. It was the second time I flew with Ryanair and I had already heard the company was tricky, that they make everything to get money from the customers, and unfortunately I experienced that.
