Terrible with refunds and flights changes

It do cancel booking they don’t care about your time hotels payment or anything it just canceled that what you get it was our dream airline

The application is very bad on iphone it is not smooth as same as on android phone so this is unacceptable at all !it has alot of bugs and not working probably

A person should be able to snap the picture manually that you will not fail the 3 attempts

I tried to make a check in online did not accept many times before arrived the airport , gave me a message something wrong …. Before the flight two and half an hour it works tried to make a check in but failed due to app problem .. then gave me a message we are closed to check in . That costs me 110 euro due to app and website problem …

The application is insisting that customers should chose something is not needed for them

The app lately is stuck or frozen while you are searching the flights or when you are do the booking, i hope this problem will be solved , because its really annoying

Your services are bad , we choose you thought the service is bad because of the price but this airline trying to cheat and take more money in every steps , , I had to pay 50 euro because your customer service at the airline didn’t allow me to chick on , they said it’s exactly two hours before and I should chuck in before two hours and we waited 2 and half hour till your plain take off . Your email it’s not working it’s not active we can’t send you any email I tried for two days without success . You attract travelers by cheap prices but once they get in the booking process they find themselves paying way more than the price price shown on the app
