You push users to make a check-in via NFC scanner, but it works one time from 50. Please, test this functionality it’s broken.

It took way over an hour to achieve one tiny little detail.

Check in not working, it says travel documents missing even tough I just filled in all the fields with the required information. Low quality app for something that you are supposed to count on.

Let’s go button stays disabled and cannot search for flights even though the form is filled.

While it seems to offer cheap tickets, the price goes up during the check out dur to selections that you are obliged to do such as seat.

I had a hard time to buy my return ticket bcz all my cards are declined, and there was no declined transaction in my bank transactions!

On the newer Pro iPhone docs are rejected while on the older not Pro same docs are accepted. Overall the UX is a nerve eating endless nightmare. The worst airline app ever.

Easy and fast

Perhaps the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. You claim to care about ‘safety,’ yet users never seem to be truly safe.

Trying to enter my booking for check in and the app keeps crashing saying “something’s gone wrong with my request”. User experience needs enhancement for sure since online check in is now mandatory at least make it work!

Did you even try to verify the different types of documents through your system! This tool doesn’t recognise the documents! Terrible! Worst experience ever Will add this to App Store for sure !

If a proficient user needs about 1 hour to just check in… user experience needs improvement. web and app keeps crashing, refreshing etc etc.

Is already 2 weeks that something is wrong with the app we are trying to close the flight and all the time it shows that something is wrong and we can’t continue

Please add the ID scan (RFID) feature as Wizz do, to avoid any typo and thus additional stress and fees

Unfortunately I don’t like the app and not be able to get a boarding card via email, and only in the application. My phone is older and has no space for the app

I had to provide my details like 10 times, always getting some errors and reconnections. Extremely negative experience with your app.

App is just doesn’t work for last month. All I can see is a blue screen. So I can’t book flights and app is not reliable.

Only terrible developers are not sending the boarding pass without installing the app.

This app is slow as hell

I’m currently in the line of check in and there is a delay. No one is assisting us or informing us of what will happen.

При покупке через приложение запрашивает доп верификацию со словами: вы купили билет у внешнего агента. Это ваше официальное приложение. Если ваше приложение - это внешний агент - удалите его из стора и не вводите людей в заблуждение. Заодно вопросы своей разработке задайте. И да кстати - у вас накрученный рейтинг. При количестве оценок в 6к, я пролистал 10 отзывов (отфильтровав предварительно по most recent) и увидел отзыв 2-летней давности. Это значит что органики здесь почти нет. Все боты с накруток.

When you buy tickets using application you always need to make an additional verification after purchase, and Ryanair send the e-mail with the following text:”Booking appears to have been made through a third-party travel agent who has no commercial relationship with Ryanair to sell our flights”. So or this application is not official, or there is constantly errors in code.

Раньше они былы нормальные ,, теперь каждый раз они меняют время вылета день прилета , люди как бы заранее покупают билеты и хотят лететь в этот день и в это время ,, на каком основание каждый раз они меняют что то . У людей закрыты отели , и отпускные уже в определенные дни . Неприемлемое обращение с людьми

Not working scanner

Worst experience ever (both the app and the flight itself).

some flights do not exist in the application and on the official website they exist for a reason (Paphos to Rome Fiumicino).
