I have used Glovo many years. But lately there is so much problems with app! I hit “cancel payment” and nothing. I waited for 20 minutes with “payment pending” white screen. I reopened and even reinstalled the app. 20 more minutes later the Cancel button appeared. I hit it and… nothing. I waited 20 more minutes for this white screen to close. It was frustrating. Next time I will find another app.

App is just doesn’t work for last month. All I can see is a blue screen. So I can’t book flights and app is not reliable.

Order 30176. I applied promo 1+1 for a dish and it was showing in my cart. Only after click to pay the order and actually paying for it I saw sum for dish is doubled so 1+1 promo suddenly just disappeared. It was just a minute from I placed the order but they refused me to cancel it. Scum
