Only terrible developers are not sending the boarding pass without installing the app.

The booking app charged me 300 euro for my booking and the hotel asked me to pay for my stay again. Support doesn't solve my case for one month. I have sent a more than ten emails and they just ingoring my request. They act as a real scummers. I'd prefer to book any hotels directly without Booking app. Be careful.

I spend 40 minutes call with customer support and zero results.
