Too many questions and prompts even for checking in. It would be nice to be informed on one step about all the other services that you offer rather than having to click 10 times for things I am not interested in. Also the window prompt asking me to do this review, popped right in the middle of my process of checking in. That’s very interrupting

While the app functions well, its organization is unnecessarily complex and feels predatory, as it seems designed primarily to upsell services rather than assist the passenger

We had paid for seats when we booked and only 3 out of 6 were recorder and we had to sit away from the family. Shame.

I can’t check in or buy bags from the app. I had to do that from my pc

The app doesn’t work and they will found a way to charge you more. Book something else you ll pay either way!

The set up is too complicated as the app pops up so many different windows to push customers to purchase extra items. Likely of mistake is high. Very unacceptable

Δεν γίνεται να είναι αναγκαστικό να κατεβάζεις την εφαρμογή, με την δικαιολογία του περιβαλοντος για τα χαρτιά, θα μπορούσε να κατεβάζεις τις κάρτες σαν pdf ή φωτωγραφια όπως όλες οι εταιρείες

Σκέφτεστε μόνο πόσα λεφτά θα πάρετε από τον επιβάτη .

Extremely frustrating experience with Ryanair. The so-called 24-hour grace period is very misleading and does not work the way customers reasonably expect. I contacted support shortly after booking and instead of receiving help, I was treated in a rude and accusatory manner by customer service. Policies are unclear and customer support was completely unhelpful when assistance was actually needed. Very disappointing experience.

Αναρωτιέται με ποιο νόμο η εταιρεία Ryanair με αναγκάζει να πάρω βαλίτσα στο ταξίδι μου ;;;

Η εφαρμογή στέλνει προωθητικά μηνύματα συνεχώς παρόλο που η επιλογή είναι απενεργοποιημένη. Δεν έχω καμία όρεξη να βλέπω συνεχώς ανεπιθύμητες προσφορές. Μόνο τις πληροφορίες για την πτήση μου ήθελα.

Η εφαρμογή κολαει και δεν με αφηνει νακανω check in.ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!

They charge insanely extra on bag at way back tickets like 75€ for 40 minutes flight. Insane scammers, pieces of garbage working as employees making threats to the half people of the flight saying that we travelled with the same company and with the same bags, blackmail people saying that they won’t allow them to fly with their paid tickets, also you can’t talk on phone as the scammers have an automated bot for security check which doesn’t connect you to an agent ever. I hope they go bankrupt.

Impossible to check in through the app

Stop asking me the same questions every time as if I’l change my decision, if I want something extra asking once is enough, no need to ask me more things to charge me even when I have already paid and I only want to check in.

The fact that you are unable to change the currency you want to pay in, is really frustrating!

Πήγα να κάνω check in και κατά την συμπλήρωση στοιχείων των επιβατών, σε μια επιλογή υπήρχε μια πρόταση με ελλιπή πληροφορία: Η ταυτότητά μου δεν». Πιθανόν να αφορά κακή μετάφραση από αγγλικά σε ελληνικά. Επιπλέον, στην επιλογή παραδοτέων αποσκευών, στο πεδίο «αποσκευές που έχετε πληρώσει» δεν έβρισα τις αποσκευές του εξοπλισμού σκι που έχω πληρώσει, ούτε υπήρχε η επιλογή τους ως παραδοτέα αποσκευή.
