They charge insanely extra on bag at way back tickets like 75€ for 40 minutes flight. Insane scammers, pieces of garbage working as employees making threats to the half people of the flight saying that we travelled with the same company and with the same bags, blackmail people saying that they won’t allow them to fly with their paid tickets, also you can’t talk on phone as the scammers have an automated bot for security check which doesn’t connect you to an agent ever. I hope they go bankrupt.

I have an old paypal account which is literally bugged, i tried to delete it, It doesn’t let me, it has a credit card inside which is not working for years now, can’t contact agent through msg app (all unavailable), can’t contact agent through phone,the automated msg told me : we currently don’t have people-bye, and stomped the phone on my face, I mean come on guys, you are literally worse than Greek Public Sector , I know it is a very bad thing to compare you but that’s just how bad your customer service is.
