Misleading 24-Hour Grace Period and Extremely Poor Customer Support
Extremely frustrating experience with Ryanair. The so-called 24-hour grace period is very misleading and does not work the way customers reasonably expect. I contacted support shortly after booking and instead of receiving help, I was treated in a rude and accusatory manner by customer service.
Policies are unclear and customer support was completely unhelpful when assistance was actually needed. Very disappointing experience.
