אני תקוע בשדה תעופה באתונה בגלל שלא נתנו לי לבצע צ׳ק אין דרך האתר בשביל כיסא רנדומלי וביקשו תוספת של 12 יורו על הכרטיס שכבר שילמתי בשביל לבחור כיסא, לא נתנו לי אופציה אחרת ועכשיו אני תקוע בשדה תעופה

The worst flight airline ever

I’m trying to book a flight for family 4 persons: 2 adults, one daughter 17yo and one son 3yo. All the passengers are appearing as “Passenger 1” and I cannot add details of 17yo daughter, it says “Lead passenger must be 18+ when traveling with minor (<16). Again, it is because of each passenger appears as “Passenger 1”

You paid the priority ticket and they charge you in the gate 75 euro!!! Robe!! They are so wrong! My luggage was exactly the size and because of the weels

Time to time depending on your destination, you’ll have to scan your passport chip. I don’t agree that a company should be doing this but still, in order to get the electronic ticket you have to do it. However, doesn’t work really. You’ll have to spend a life trying to do you checkin In this app and with a lot of effort you might manage to scan you passport chip.

Hello freinds. This app not worth your time or trust. Its selling tickets of flight that were canceled. Once you figure this out - its too late. And they try to shake you off telling its your fault - in my case - it wasnt .. At 17.10.23 i bought 2 tickets to flight from 21.10-4.11… At 18.10 the airline ranayair -send me notice that those flight are canceled since 16.10… At this time - kiwi is still sending email to get ready to flight. I apllied to full refund The represntetive try to get rid of me - say its my foult and i submited refund too late?! Submited the minute i got the cancelation

While flight ordering process is very easy, one can easily make an unrecoverable mistake. There is no order summary screen, and in Ryanair, as a policy, mistakes are unforgivable. Once purchased, you can not change. I had to pay double for my bags… Stick to the website for ordering.

Not a friendly app. You can’t change nothing, And a lot of Bugs- like you can’t enter the birth date of a boy, or check in a child. Wish they could be better

מאוד לא הוגן שלמרות שהממתני ל24 שעות אתם לא נותנים אופציה לבחור כיסא בצורה חופשית מה עוד שהכרטיס עלה פי שתיים מהמחיר שאל על מבקשת לכרטיס פשוט לא הוגן

למה אין אפשרות לבצע טיסה מיעד אחד ולחזור מיעד אחר כי יש מקום שאני משכיר בהם רכב ואני רוצה לחזור ממקום אחר ואין אפשרות כזאת וחבל זה יכול לשפר את השירות שלכם ולעלות את השימוש של האנשים בחברה שלכם

אתר והאפליקציה לא ברורה ומבלבלת לא משנה כמה אקסטרה מזוודות הזמנתי בתשלום כל פעם שנכנסת מחד מראה לי כאילו לא רכשתי מזוודות. פעם אחרונה שטסה איתכם. תלמדו מאחזי ג׳ט איך מתנהלת חברת לו קוסט. בסופו של דבר משלמת על 4 כרטיסי טיסהלרומא מעל 1500 יורו רק בגלל שהאתר שלכם מטעה. בפרוש לא אמליץ על החברה. בנוסף לא מצליחה להבין למה קטינים לא יכולים לעשות צ׳ק אין באפליקציה?????? בברכה, מיטל ביינגולד
