The air service and flights are efficient for the most part and I never had to complain… But the idea to replace humans for useless AI chatbots is unbearable… Ai chatbots don’t help… i had a cancelled flight and im trying to get my refund but the AI chatbot just give you links to millions of reading material… I don’t need to know this stuff, why as a paying customer do i need to go through millions of paragraphs just to understand how I need to submit a request for a flight that was cancelled!!!

So annoying. Also when you want to check-in for the flight back, you have to click through 5 screens, to then realize the random allocation can only be done 24h before and you’re stuck in the user flow…

Love the good price trips, easy to use app and perfect destinations, however one thing is that I could not go back to check my documents during check in

Your website has been lagging since January. Would appreciate if you can get it fixed to avoid a bit of chaos and anxiety.

Logs you out randomly, does not save booked flights (!!!!!!), cannot check in, cannot complete a ticket purchase without attempting like 5 times. Disgrace.

Don’t like being required to use this app to fly with Ryanair. It’s a bad product

You want people to use mobile to check in and have their boarding pass. So please fix it so it works. Error message all the time

App is suffering the company it works for

We couldnt check in unless we paid for the seats. This is unacceptable…. How can you not check in for a flight happening in the next day. We had to pay for the seats which we didnt plan to

Absolutely mind wrecking and heart attack App. Could not be more confusing if you tried . If there was a 0 rate applicable that is what I would have gone for

Trying to check in to flight, all I’m getting is “something went wrong”

The app is always giving me errors. I cannot make payments without problems. I cannot check in without problems. Disaster

We checked in through the app at 4pm and there was a bug with the app. Unfortunately they did not believe us and still made us pay — we never recieved the boarding passes— also they confirmed our details were filled.

This pop up keeps coming up at every stage of the check in process! Please get it solved! It is a nightmare to finish the check in
