The air service and flights are efficient for the most part and I never had to complain… But the idea to replace humans for useless AI chatbots is unbearable… Ai chatbots don’t help… i had a cancelled flight and im trying to get my refund but the AI chatbot just give you links to millions of reading material… I don’t need to know this stuff, why as a paying customer do i need to go through millions of paragraphs just to understand how I need to submit a request for a flight that was cancelled!!!
