Having problems with the travel document nfc scan because i put in the correct details and it says they are incorrect

Did the online check in but the app could not verify the documents, whats the point of online check in if i still have to wait in line 1 hour or more at the airport check in line..

The program you use is very bad. I made a reservation and you canceled it.

I can’t finish my check in because it shows a step that the app doesn’t have, to verify my passport! I can’t finish my check in either way from web because it shows the same step. It doesn’t show also the option to update the app for the “latest update”. Why should I pay 55€ at the airport when I have the time to do the check in online???

Improve your UX/UI. Verification of passport is not asked in any pther airfair app!

Very complicated app

It is the worst company with flights organisation and they ask money when you have a bag with you. Low quality , no standards nothing. Very disappointing. 🥵

I don’t know why this app don’t recognize my passport. I cannot verify my passport even after the document process completed, still saying passport verification failed.

Struggling to do the boarding pass. Even not cheap tickets for family of 4 still I can’t get a 0.20 cent coffee and a cup of water. Kids don’t drink coffee. Then of course you heard many complaints for non understandable 1-2 cm of a luggage limit .

There’s always a new problem with this airline. This is the third time I’ve booked a flight with them, and once again, the third time I’ve had an issue. Now there’s a problem with their app — I can’t complete the online verification because of a new rule they introduced. They told me to go to the check-in desk for verification, but I don’t want to stand in line when I’ve already checked in online and don’t have any bags to drop off! The support is not efficent. You only talk with the chat bot.

When i try to book my flight the app stucks at random seat selection unless i choose the option with selected seats with payment it works othwerwise i have to go through the browser to finish my booking for seats with random selection

It happens very frequently that the destination dropdown menu and the date are not working . You tap and nothing shows up.
