There’s always a new problem with this airline. This is the third time I’ve booked a flight with them, and once again, the third time I’ve had an issue. Now there’s a problem with their app — I can’t complete the online verification because of a new rule they introduced. They told me to go to the check-in desk for verification, but I don’t want to stand in line when I’ve already checked in online and don’t have any bags to drop off!
