They make big mistakes and let you pay the price. If u just book you will receive an email that’s your booking is blocked because you booked through TA, which u didn’t. And it will cost time and price to fix

Very difficult to navigate , too many clicks and tricks you need to avoid. Very bad with non European cards

I have traveled in almost all the airlines this airline was the worst airline of my life till now, I will never travel in this airline and I will not recommend anyone to travel with Ryanair.

I simply hate your website. It’s aggressively trying to sell me stuff I don’t. And it’s awkward to use. I think I have tried to buy these flights not less than six times.

Please stop forcing to update app every visit, this is very disturbing and sometimes inefficient on mobile internet. Support versions compatibility

Honestly, aside from the usual mockery encountered when flying with Ryanair, now I have a new favorite - can’t pay using Apple Pay without updating billing address, EVEN THO ITS UPDATED!!!!! Doesn’t accept it. Ridiculous. Every other app on earth seamlessly allows Apple Pay payments but you’ve had to make it impossible for someone to pay. 6 attempts later, thank you i’ll rather take a bus.

Worst website ever on terms of user friendliness

I am reaching out due to repeated negative experiences on two recent Ryanair flights in the same week, both plagued by delays and poor communication. As a paying customer, I expected reliable service, but unfortunately, these experiences have been far from that. On my first flight, there was a delay of over 30 minutes. While inconvenient, I tried to be understanding. However, today’s delay has been a much worse ordeal. Confusing and distracting

Yes it’s cheap however if your not careful and don’t read everything properly you’ll pay premium price. If you do not do check in two hours before your flight they will charge you 68 euro per person, that’s more than a ticket itself I paid for plus also I traveled with my friend so we paid triple the price. That’s unbelievable, I flew so many times with different airlines but something like this is hard to understand and cope with. I do not advice to travel with this company, it’s basically scamming you for money if your not careful.

They’re playing more and more on customer possible glitches... now if you checkin at the airport instead of online you’ll have to pay 55 eur for each person, each trip
