I flew with Ryanair paid for the ticket, and after the day I traveled they charged me €249.74 on my account. I asked for information in order to have a refund, received a reference number (2910390) with the message “ Our Customer Service team will be in touch shortly to update you on your case.” and it’s been a week that I don’t have any response. I had other problems related to charge coming from there. It was the second time I flew with Ryanair and I had already heard the company was tricky, that they make everything to get money from the customers, and unfortunately I experienced that.
