Got checkin not working, had to go to airport, attendant asks for screenshot of issue, i didn’t take as i thought it wasnt necessary, and at the end they fee me 100 eur only for checkin! Thats half the cost of the flight!!! And now I unfortunately have to do all the recordings as proof since their passport reading doesn’t work where other apps that read and validate passports are able to validate it easily. It surely will be my last flight with this company due to the clown experience I am passing, id rather pay 100 eur extra on a two hours flight than experiencing this awful checkin experienc
