It is sleazy to force customers to download your app to access their digital boarding passes. This is after having to create an account on your website to check-in. This is the first and online airline I’ve had to do this for and I haven’t used a paper boarding pass in over 20 years, so this isn’t about going paperless. It’s a move that benefits the airline and costs your customers time and data/privacy.
