My booking been made at Ryanair app, was flagged as ”made by third parties” which required me to pass extra check with providing ID and long waiting time. Interface of app itself look outdated and overloaded with unnecessary stuff, wish makes visuals worse than it already is. Classics from Ryanair, force you to pay more at every step of booking, without clear explanations that it’s not necessary. App is slow at any networks, seems like it’s an API issues or database inefficiencies. Awful app, awful ux/ui. I’m really scared what to expect on board, since it’s my first experience with Ryanai
