Made a group booking for two people. But the second person cant see the booking and cant get their boardig pass even after entering the correct flight and personal information. For an option that is beeing offered and is quite important the app service is not good at all. Everything else seems to be working fine.

App is really great, easy to use and everything works perfectly. Check ins are really easy and the interface ar good as well. The flight experiences though, ar the worst ones i have had in my lide. For a fully booked plane there is no space for the luggage that people are allowed to take on board. The staff doesnt do anything to fix the situation just shrugs their shoulders and smiles. Staff wise terrible service. If there is a choice i wouldn’t suggest to choose this airline. LH892
