For weeks now the app has very frequently failed to display ticket and flight info when I try to access it. Saying that: “something is wrong with your request” I have spoken to family and friends who are facing the same issue frequently. This already happened to me twice while at the airport to board or get through security. Ryanair FORCES US to use the app. SO THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. GIVE US BACK OUR FREEDOM OF CHOICE OR GET YOU ACT TOGETHER
