Horrible user experience! I reinstalled the app twice; passport scan worked, but visa scan failed completely. The app promised a restricted boarding pass but it freezes on that exact screen. Customer service refuses to provide a boarding pass and insists I must pay a fee at the airport counter for their own system's failure! This is unacceptable. If you cannot run a flawless app, do not force passengers to use it just to trap them with extra fees at the airport
