The app charges excessive, cumulative fees. For a 61 RON order, the additional fees (9.99 RON delivery, 4.8 RON service fee, and 19 RON small order fee) totaled 33.8 RON, which is 55.4% of the food's value. Alternative delivery apps provide identical services charging only a flat delivery fee, making this platform's pricing structure uncompetitive.

Missing items
The worst experience with a delivery app in my existence. After ordering groceries from a supermarket, they informed me via a notification in the app AFTER the courier picked up the order. I told them I am not accepting the order to which they replied “If you choose to refuse the order we cannot reimburse the full amount since you contacted us after the delivery was picked up by the courier.” THIS IS INSANE. Like how was I supposed to know that my items were missing BEFORE the courier picked up the delivery if I was notified after he picked up the delivery. Reaching out to consumer protection

You keep assigning multiple orders to the same courier, which causes constant delays. By the time my food arrives, it’s always cold. This keeps happening and it’s extremely frustrating. Your customer support is good and fast, but the delivery experience really needs improvement.

customer support doesn’t help at all, they say that the delivery time is 40-50 minutes, 2 hours later the food hasn’t arrived. Tried to cancel it, but he said that the delivery guy was at the supermarket waiting to pick up the order, it indeed showed that the car was at the supermarket, but it showed that 3 or 4 times before. My previous order they replaced groceries with cheaper ones(good quality ones, I didn’t mind) but the difference between what I paid on the app and the supermarket recipe was significant and it did not come back to me so I don’t know who kept the money

If you order food from local restaurants you got them cold! I had this experience several times! Curiers are just not efficient enough, they are taking their time to collect more orders at once, it was more than half an hour delivery time already, and was telling me that he is waiting for the order to be ready but arrived totally cold and saggy, meaning that it was put hot in the package because it sweated inside the carton package! I contacted the support and they “compensated” me with 15 lei just to shut my mouth, but I do not want that, I want hot food! That’s the bare minimum of a servic

Wrong setup for pickup orders
For orders with pick up they are set to show they are ready after the estimated delivery time for the respective order passes and the store cannot change that (according to the store). You end up going to the store and waiting for the order to be completed or going 2 times. I tried bringing this up with customer service, but they ignored it completely. Leaving here a review to maybe try to find a fix for this issue.

Bolt or Glove are better
After waiting more than 2 hours for the delivery (which in the app was saying 40 minutes), more than a quarter of the products were not delivered and no one informed me that the products are not available. The money were payed for a full order. This happened with other ocasions but it seems like the feedbacks sent in the past are for nothing. I recommend Bolt Food or Glovo.

If there is rain or snow outside and you want to order just forget, they only deliver when the weather is good and also there are over 70% of couriers that are shown on the app delivering with the car but instead they deliver on scooter just so they can receive orders from a longer distance and the customers are the one suffering from this.

I do not recommend using Wolt for grocery orders.
It is completely unacceptable to wait three and a half hours for a supermarket order with only 9 items. This level of service is extremely disappointing. The couriers seem to pick up multiple orders at once, and even if you were among the first to place an order, you end up waiting for many other orders to be prepared and delivered before yours. By the time your order finally arrives, hours have already passed. I do not recommend using Wolt for grocery orders. Save yourself the frustration and choose another app for your shopping needs.

The most disgusting delivery business I’ve ever seen
You order a cheese burger but comes a chicken burger? Of course you are not getting the whole price refunded cause the burger is actually correct, only the meat is different. Literally disgusting. They promise to give you money back on your card but they always give vouchers. These people are literally legal thieves. Disgusting.

Very bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with Wolt. I placed an order in Austria, and I waited outside after the delivery deadline for more than 30 minutes. Additionally, the pizza arrived uncut. As compensation, Wolt provided me with a €12 credit for my next order. After returning to Romania, I tried to use this credit, but it could not be applied at checkout. When I contacted customer support(Daria S.), I was informed that the credit can only be used in Austria. This limitation was never mentioned when the compensation was issued. I find this to be a lack of transparency and very frustrating

Tazz > Wolt
We've all been forced to transition from Tazz to Wolt.. The app itself is cosmetically superior, but there is absolutely no extra functionality and no customer service, which makes Wolt inferior by a large margin. It's never easy to transition towards something worse, but we (customers/consumers) don't need this garbage in our lives. Update: Really bad experience with Wolt so far, would have changed the rating to even less if it wasn't already 1 star... Wolt is a disgrace.

Worst customer service ever
The order was supposed to arrive half an hour ago. When I contacted customer service, the representative first gave me false information, claiming the restaurant had its own delivery. After I confronted her, she admitted it was a mistake and said a Wolt courier would be sent to pick up the order. Another 30 minutes passed with no update. When I called the restaurant myself, they said no one had come to pick up the order. Overall, the customer service was misleading, slow, and completely unhelpful, and the issue was never properly resolved. I asked for my money back. Wolt is no longer on my lis

Bugs & Unhelpful Customer Support
Half of the times I am trying to use the app, I get bugs like “check your internet connection” or “an unexpected error occurred, try again later”. Mind you, my internet connection is stable, other apps work perfectly fine. I tried everything, installing again, switching from wireless to mobile data and vice versa. The app is updated. Useless. Customer support is sure that the issue is my internet connection, while I am using the same internet to have an uninterrupted chat with them. The worst experience with a food delivery app so far. I did not even get to place my order . I am generally a very patient person, but this time I wanted to order something from a nearby restaurant (and I mean quite close, but given the weather conditions and me being ill, I decided to place an order) , it let me put everything and proceed to payment, however, having forgotten an item, I cancelled and went back to add it. I would prefer written reviews
The review is purely for the app which is decent , and more stable than the old Tazz … I would still love to see written reviews so that we can have a better view of food quality prior to ordering such as tazz had… other than that regarding prices , bolt food is still the cheapest and wolt is easily becoming as expensive as Glovo … their customer support is good at least , but stilllots of problems and hiccups when ordering groceries from big shows carefour Kaufland etc …. You need to ask for money back when problrms with missing products occur or else you are getting ripped
