„Hot promos” is a scam!
If I want to order some food I always look for promos from restaurants and it work for uber eats, Glovo and takeouts, but for some reason wolt decided to put „new season oferts” or „you can now buy redbull” as a promotion. I am using this app only because I’ve got free premium for a year and would never order anything again after it expires.

All the want is money, after you pay, they don’t investigate further, issue in app to choose the location, costumer service are like the robots, no investigation, All they want is money, after you pay they don’t care about you, they see you as a row of transaction made in excel sheet, I will not use this app any more, the other apps do all their best to support customers, this app is very bad, I do not recommande it, after so many orders with them, i ended up leaving the app, they do not care about the order at all

I have to admit, when a restaurant messes something up, I have gotten a refund before. But when a Wolt courier fails to deliver your order, it’s a spectacular tragicomedy what they’ll do to avoid giving your money back. When I politely asked to cancel my order, I was told the courier was already on his way. You can guess - he wasn’t. At that point I figured the logical solution would be a refund. Turns out, no. This is a higher level of gymnastics than I experienced in high school when my biology teacher asked me why I wasn’t prepared. They organize you a new courier. He’s rushing to you on

I purchased the subscription expecting free delivery from restaurants, but due to a technical issue on the company’s side, the delivery area was reduced and I could not properly use the service as intended. Please stop changing the category icons every month and generating them with AI. These icons are nearly impossible to visually parse — the UX is terrible. Their "artistic" style might impress the person who designed them, but it does not work for a product used by thousands of people. Icons should be immediately recognizable, not decorative puzzles.

There’s no staff at work and no one can help when a problem happens. You hire a lot of foreign workers who don’t know where to go or how to deliver the order. Scammers!
I received my order an hour and half late while the original delivery time 30 minutes. I couldn’t pick it up because I was already at work. I contacted customer support, but they said they wouldn’t refund my money or bonuses and would just deliver the order to my address. I asked if they could deliver the order to a different address since I was no longer at the original address but they refused.I am extremely disappointed and angry with this terrible customer service don’t recommend them. My problem wasn’t resolved!

They eat my order
I ordered food from McDonald’s after 2h the courier arrived with open packaging safety seal that McDonald’s use to protect the orders and missing McFlurry, I refused to give that food to my kids, when I contacted Wolt assistant they were rude and refused to give me my money back. Nonsene recompansation
I order after1,5h courier missclicked and couldn’t deliver. So after waiting 30 min for customer support to find out what happened and then i only get a refund and all my discounts got eaten up the discount provided by the customer support was smaller than I used, so now I got to wait longer and pay more for someone else mistake GREAT.

The delivery algorithm was designed by someone incompetent so now curries frequently drive away from customers and go on long trips around the city while you wait 70-90 minutes instead of promised 30. They are trying to save money but also doing it badly by having a wonky delivery algorithm
