Customer service doesn’t do anything for you.
I highly reccomend not using Wolt, as their customer service does not help you and is basically completely AI generate slop. I recommend using a different service because if something goes wrong you are all on your own.

Didn’t get my delivery
The delivery man said someone came to his car and said it was her order that wasn’t me. Didn’t bother to check if it was the right person and didn’t deliver it to my house. I stood in the doorway as I got notified my order was delivered but I didn’t see any car or people. The delivery man must have been hungry. Me and my family were left without dinner. Wolt offered to send another delivery or give me a Wolt credit. By that time it was late and I requested a refund which I got but nothing more. Will never order through Wolt again.

So I’ve been using wolf for about a year and the only problems I’ve had up until now is that restaurants mess up the food which is not entirely they’re fault but sometimes they don’t even refund? But now I ordered chicken and the delivery fee was supposed to be free but they ended up charging me 1275kr (8 euros😂) extra because the restaurant was 3,55km away instead of 3,50km.. and they didn’t want to refund me.. I’ve been paying for that wolt+ thing for almost a year now and I’ve ordered from that restaurant 5+ times and not once have I been charged and especially that amount. I am so disappo

You can wait 25 minutes and still get canceled
I’ve been using Wolt for many years but this seems to be a big trend. You can order and still get canceled after 25 minutes of waiting. Don’t bother, the customer service won’t help you either.

Thumbs-down. Not tourist-friendly
I’ve never tried this app before so this only refers to their service to visitors and goes to the restaurants working with Wolt as well since they make it impossible to order by phone or directly through the restaurant. I’ve now spent an hour trying to order a pizza from a specific restaurant to my Copenhagen hotel through Wolt, which has proved impossible for me because I don’t have a local telephone number and when I tried asking a local friend to order for me, it turns out they refused to deliver to my hitel address. Big thumbs down, hope they fix this!
