Poor on food descriptions & options
Wolt has the weakest app amongst its competitors. There are much fewer pictures of the food and some functions are missing, like level of spicy for Asian cousine. The delivery time is also slower than the competition’s and they often don’t stick to the originally promised delivery time.

Always helpful, the best
I have +700 orders and everytime I encountered a problem, they compansated and they solved it. Unlike Bolt’s greed and unwillingness to compromise, Wolt is doing a perfect job to keep customers happy. Wolt deserves the best. I hope they also start taxis and save us from Bolt’s greed and fraudulent unethical charges.

You are not protected
My order arrived with a spilled drink. The bag and food were soaked, and the food had to be thrown away. I sent photos showing the issue. Support mainly relied on the courier’s explanation and said there was a discrepancy between my report and the courier’s version. This made it feel like the customer is automatically treated as dishonest, even when clear evidence is provided. The ruined food was not compensated. There was also no proper option to get a second opinion or have the case reviewed. This is the risk when ordering from this service. If something goes wrong, you may be left alone

Deliberately making the deliveries worse - use Bolt instead
Wolt is deliberately making deliveries worse so you pick the option for direct deliveries. Multiple times I have seen the driver drive by my house to deliver another order. This makes zero sense from an efficiency standpoint, so you know they’re doing it to squeeze money out of you. Use Bolt Food instead. They don’t do that.

I have been using Wolt for years and have spent thousands of euros on the platform. This experience completely changed my view. I placed an order with a promised delivery time of 55–60 minutes, which I accepted. However, the delivery took almost 2 hours, significantly exceeding what was promised. There were no external factors to justify such a delay, no severe weather or similar conditions. The food was no longer needed by the time it arrived due to the excessive delay. Rotting fruits
I ordered products from Wilt market. Four out of 10 oranges were so soft that they were rotting already, same for a lime. I was waiting for the customer support to refund and no response from the “shop” for more than 12 hours. In the morning I discovered that the egg was also broken and ruined all my morning. Not customer-friendly
Wolt is not customer-friendly at all. They don’t offer any compensation when the food arrives cold or not edible. The bill was €15, and we were basically mocked with some kind of €3 compensation. Unbelievable. Don’t recommend at all.

Language problems
Wolt hires couriers who can only speak Russian. Unfortunately, this is not enough in Estonia. We are still not Russia. This has repeatedly caused problems because the courier cannot resolve the situations that arise. The last time was enough for me, because then the courier threatened me that Russia would soon take over Estonia and that he did not intend to learn our language.

Poorest in delivery
Customer service usually is their only highlight, otherwise they have a lot of hidden fees and they top up food prices compared to actual restaurant prices. Latest gem was that their courier drove to the other side of the city considering the restaurant was 6mins away from me by car and it took the support 1,5 hours after food was ready to notify me that I will not be getting my food as their courier had vehicle issues. This was the third time in one week that the expectation of when the food will be delivered and when it actually was mismatched by more than 30minutes. Being a long time Wolt+

Kaaslane tellis meile aastapäevaks süüa imelise õhtu kõrvale. 16:14 võeti tellimus vastu, kohale jõudis täpselt kolm tundi hiljem (restoran asus meist kilomeetri kaugusel😃). Restoran kõnesid 3 tunni jooksul vastu ei võtnud, wolti klienditeenindaja vastas ka nagu kuuvarjutus. Toit oli külm ja kala oli 3h toatemperatuuril soojas seisnud. Tellige Boltist, Woltiga jääte nälga.

Terrible app
Every time they lie about estimated delivery time. It would be much less frustrating if they showed the real delivery time, but hey, then people wouldn’t order, if they knew they would be waiting two hours for their food instead of 45 minutes 🤣 Courier finishing before yours is also a standard as I understand. Terrible, just terrible. Deleting this app and never going back to it again.
