Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meinem Einkauf über Wolt. Ich habe bestimmte Artikel bestellt und stattdessen ohne meine ausdrückliche Zustimmung Ersatzprodukte erhalten, die ich nun bezahlen soll. Eine klare Zustimmung zu diesen Ersatzartikeln habe ich nie gegeben. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass die Option, Ersatzartikel zu akzeptieren oder abzulehnen, im Bestellprozess überhaupt nicht sichtbar bzw. nicht ausreichend transparent ist. So kann man als Kunde kaum nachvollziehen, dass man am Ende andere Produkte erhält. Für mich ist das keine kundenfreundliche Lösung. Ich erwarte, dass Ersatzartikel

Kundendervice und Lieferung katastrophal
Wolt stellt eindeutig viel zu wenig Kuriere ein. Es werden immer dutzende Lieferungen gleichzeitig ausgeführt und das Essen kommt kalt an. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung habe ich statt den angekündigten 30min 1,5h gewartet nur damit dann die Lieferung abgebrochen wird. Im Gegensatz zu beispielsweise Foodora gibt es keine Entschädigungen von Wolt für so katastrophale Versäumnisse. Ich war sogar W+ Kunde aber von nun an bestelle ich nur noch bei Foodora oder Lieferando.

Absolut herrausragende einbingung von appfunktionen mit Iphone software (live verfolgung am homescreen, Island einbindung mit zeit).
