I’m shocked by how this was handled
Last week, your courier was rude and physically hit my husband in the chest. I reported it to Wolt and asked for an investigation, but my case was simply closed with no action or explanation. This is a serious safety issue. It’s honestly scary to think what could have happened if I had been alone. I expect a proper investigation and accountability.

The app is great but the service is just frustrating. Totally inaccurate times, and on a simple question of “what happened with my delivery of food?” You get a “robot” style answers with a bunch of emojis and lies just to hang you bit more. What happened with a customer service? You already charge so much for it. Very sad

They make mistakes and take your money. Even if I ordered something and got something else or never got it, they still charged me! There was a time that the delivery was delayed by an hour and they still charged me. I even told them that I didn’t want to pay a tip for the delivery guy the was extremely late but they still charged me!

You were a revolution in this delivery services, but since then your prices soared you r customer service is one of the worst. your prices from the customers soared and business model had all restaurants rise their prices. Even the local pizzeria almost double the prices when buying from wolt compared to their own website.

Misleading users
The order delivery time they’re writing in the restaurant description has nothing to do with real time. Got my order late twice in a row for one hour in addition to the 30 minutes promised delivery time. Customer service is just dragging time and spending more of your precious time.

Never seen worse
Delivery takes 80 mins if not more, the food is always cold, and there is no possible contact with anyone. If you’re hungry, don’t use this app, go bring your food, otherwise it will take forever to arrive, super cold. Worse experiences ever. Everytime i order after a long day at work it takes minimum 80 mins to bring the food although it says 30 mins to deliver. Bad. Decisive, and absolute scam.

After they misled me with a discount I never received and didn’t offer any compensation, they are now holding my personal information hostage. I’m unable to delete my account, and every attempt to contact them ends with them saying they’ll get back to me but they never do. There is no responsible person I can speak to.
