Last week, your courier was rude and physically hit my husband in the chest. I reported it to Wolt and asked for an investigation, but my case was simply closed with no action or explanation. This is a serious safety issue. It’s honestly scary to think what could have happened if I had been alone. I expect a proper investigation and accountability.
