I have been subscribed to Wolt + for years. Lately they added they pay for priority delivery option. Things have been terrible. I order daily since I don’t have time to cook at all and every single delivery has been delayed in over a month. Last days the delays have been around 20-45 minutes for very basic small orders. So we know it’s wolts problem. Due to more factors than this too. I live in a well serviced area in Athens. I will try other services as well and cancel Wolt + for now. What seemed to be the platform of fairness is turning in to a “pay to win” order priority thing. I hope other

Very functional but too chaotic design
Hello, I wanted to mention 2 things: 1. A slight bug when an order have been made to track process, I have an iPhone and it leads to nowhere. I have to close and reopen the app to see the progress of my order 2. The overall design with the recent updates that comes with all the new functionalities is too chaotic the colors, the options and the user experience for me is a little bit off. You can try differentiate from the rest of the market in this level.

Misleading delivery times and zero accountability
I’m a new customer and this was only my second order — probably my last. I ordered at 19:35 with a 20–25 minute estimate. From 20:00 to 20:20 the app was stuck at “1 minute away,” which was clearly misleading. The food finally arrived about 45 minutes later, cold and soggy. When I contacted support, instead of an apology or solution, I got legal jargon explaining the delay was “within limits.” If this is your standard of service and customer care, it’s unacceptable.

I was a longtime customer with paid subscription and they lost me for 3 euros . There was an offer of 1+1 and they only send one . There was nothing they could after the sale . Ridiculous

Wolt market orders?
It’s a pitty that you cannot see how they deliver the Wolt market. Everything in one bag- from groceries / shower gels to eggs. The eggs broken and all the items damaged! Refunded only for the eggs when all the paper packaging items were to be thrown away.

Nothing like it used to be
The platform has seriously gotten worse. Everything is delayed now. Even estimates are 55 minutes or more for 2km delivery and even then they don’t make it in time. Not even the support chat takes forever to reply and all that on the premium account. There is a fee for everything and the best case scenario is to pay an extra 1.5€ or sth so that they push the delivery to 50 instead of 55 minutes. Sad.

I will be no longer support a company who doesn’t care to pay their partners. The software changes ended up recommending people to eat out and collect points, but you completely forgot the man that risks their lives to bring people’s food at home.

Worst customer service ever
I placed an order and then tried to cancel it because i decided i didnt need to spend the money tonight and when i looked up how to cancel they sent me to chat with customer service and never answered my message. If i would like to cancel i shouldnt have to talk with support in the first place they should have a feture for that and it was 2 minutes after i placed the order in a very busy restaurant so the order wasnt being prepared already for me not to be able to cancel. Infuriating behavior!!!
