I’m a new customer and this was only my second order — probably my last. I ordered at 19:35 with a 20–25 minute estimate. From 20:00 to 20:20 the app was stuck at “1 minute away,” which was clearly misleading. The food finally arrived about 45 minutes later, cold and soggy. When I contacted support, instead of an apology or solution, I got legal jargon explaining the delay was “within limits.” If this is your standard of service and customer care, it’s unacceptable.
