The platform has seriously gotten worse. Everything is delayed now. Even estimates are 55 minutes or more for 2km delivery and even then they don’t make it in time. Not even the support chat takes forever to reply and all that on the premium account. There is a fee for everything and the best case scenario is to pay an extra 1.5€ or sth so that they push the delivery to 50 instead of 55 minutes. Sad.
