Offers services that are not available
I work night shifts and sometimes have to order late at night. Not only they charge for a late night fee, but they don’t even guarantee your order will be delivered. I waited over 3 hrs for my food, they didn’t let me cancel, I tried to talk with someone but the only available thing was the ai chat that every time I explained the situation would refer me to a person that would never appear (I’ve waited over an hour to talk to a human and no one came) if you cannot deliver late at night why offer the service and even charge for it?

Selv når man betaler ekstra for direkte levering, overholder de ikke aftalen. Det kræver alt for meget bøvl at få fuld refusion, som de er forpligtet til. Helt bevidst nægter de, med mindre man står fast. Orker dem ikke mere. Useriøs virksomhed, der har ødelagt deres eget brand.

Jeg bestilte mad på en restaurant som var på wolt, hele menuen var der og bestillingen gik også igennem og jeg fik en tid. Da jeg endelig skulle hente maden og var kommet hen til hvor den såkaldte restaurant skulle have været, blev den afvist 5 minutter inden maden skulle have været klar, eftersom restauranten ikke findes mere. Mine penge var blevet trukket men får en refundering om nogle dage. Restauranten hed tasty house. Da det min første gang jeg bruger wolt, er jeg pænt skuffet

Very disappointing support experience
I’ve been a regular customer and have made over 100 orders through this app, but this experience was extremely disappointing. Due to what seems like a system issue or unclear order flow, I accidentally ended up with two nearly identical Wolt Market orders. I tried to cancel the first one, but it still went through. As a result, I received duplicate items I never intended to order. Wolt+ member getting grocieries deliveries regularly between 1-2000dkk. Had some bananas that were still bright green and inedible after 8 days (on the product description says they will be green but edible within 2 days) so I asked for a refund. 36dkk from a 1800dkk order. Simple request. Refused flat out. Such a silly way to lose a customer spending 1000s. Over to nemlig I go.

This is a company, they do not care about you and hire desperate people whose priority is to get as much food/orders of people in one trip as possible. The quality of your food or warmth doesn’t matter and it’ll be sat waiting there for ages as the fellas focus on grabbing as many orders as they can carry as your food gets cold. They’ll also cheat you with small fine print details. DONT use wolt
