Not recommended for any tourist
We literally paid 40€ for a mistake in their application. I chose english language and they put for me select up to 4 items in the burgers. And then what they meant is delete up to 4 items!! I literally paid 40€ for bread+meat with zero ingredients. And customer service will tell you apologies for inconvenience!!!!

SCAM! Watch out! Support and couriers are scammers.
I ordered for 491czk. Was home all time. Courier did not ringed doorbell and did not called me. Now he has my groceries and the order is marked as delivered. The support blames it on me even if I am the customer and there was no try at all to deliver. I only received 191czk back so WOLT SCAMMED me for 300czk. I would be ashamed as company to treat a customer like this.

I ordered from Baku KFC and they took one hour to deliver my food, once they delivered 11PM the whole order was WRONG not even one item was there, i ordered 4 meals and they delivered just two sandwiches (that i didnt even order) with one fries. Used Wolt in Cyprus for groceries, after payment and an issue with their address-we had the delight of hearing from a very rude delivery man who refused to deliver as the address was “wrong” unless we paid him extra!!! Every app I’ve ever used gave me a chance to login with my current number. Why the hell my current number is used by another person, who I think was previously an owner and his access was expired. I cannot login, how I’m supposed to order something if you’re not giving me access even if my phone number is MINE. HORRIBLE

Не приходят смс с кодом для активации аккаунта, пробовала 3 (!!) сим-карты: российская, оаэ и азербайджанская. Тех поддержка работает отвратительно, просто скидывают отписки-заготовки. На иностранный номер как я понимаю регистрация вообще невозможна (при этом в приложении пишут если пользеютесь иностранной сим картой включите роуминг лол). На локальный номер смс тоже не получаю, ответ тех поддержки извините Это вы извините, но как в 2024 можно иметь такие баги в приложении, по этом дать монополистом на рынке доставки. Могла бы поставить минус 100 поставила бы

У приложения отвратительная поддержка. Если попытаться обратиться пока заказу, то абсолютно на все жалобы будет прилетать стандартная отбивка с извинениями, которая никак не решает проблему. Возможности точно связаться с реальным человеком нет, только если случайно повезет и саппорт зайдет в чат. А обращаться в эту убогую поддержку приходится часто, так как в 3 из 5 случаев заказ будет готов, но пока курьер не найден, статус остается «готовится». Таким образом еда остывает и ничего сделать нельзя. На 3й раз вы уже будете знать, что к вам едет абсолютная непригодная для употребления еда, но о
